Un consommateur avait saisi le médiateur national de l'énergie en 2024 pour obtenir de #JPME le paiement dû au titre de sa production d’électricité photovoltaïque. En médiation, les relances du médiateur avaient permis d’obtenir le paiement dû en février 2025.

- 11 678 saisines (-17 %), mais encore trop de mauvaises pratiques.
- Cartons rouges à #Wekiwi, #Primagaz & #JPME.
- Médiation difficile avec #ENEDIS.
- Appel à des avancées législatives pour mieux protéger les consommateurs et les #TPE.
