Junko Yagami (b. 1958) is perhaps best known for her 1983 songs “Tasogare No Bay City” and “Yozora No Earring.” However, I find her first album, “Omoide Wa Utsukushisugite,” from 1978, very underrated. This is a live performance of “Toki No Nagare Ni.”
