肉とらそば + ほうれん草

上井草でかなり早めのお昼、駅前にある立ち食いそば店です。
店名がついた「肉とら」にほうれん草を追加してもらいました。

まずそばが美味しい。
立ち食いでは珍しい太い蕎麦。茹で麺だと思いますけど、程よくコシも残っています。

肉とらは生姜がしっかり効いた豚肉、ボリュームがあってほうれん草との組み合わせも良い選択でした。
