Kel's faced bullying, for sure. The hardest bullying for him to handle was over his stutter where he'd falter over his B's, P's, N's, and M's. The noble-born kids were... Unkind but he learned to not tolerate disrespect and to face the stutter and bully head on. Hard won lessons.

There's a lullaby that Kel's family used to hum, particularly his eldest brother, during the evening. It stems from the history of Ul'dah, tracing back to Belah'dia and Mhach, and it loosely translates to a lullaby about finding peace in the night with dreams of light 🌃✨

Kel learned through working at his parents bakery! The Molkohs were already pretty poor before Kel came into the picture and, frankly, they couldn't afford anything else. Language, math, science, geography - he learned so, so much through that work. Life lessons thatve stuck to this day 🥐✨

When he was young (and naive) Kel entertained in Radz-at-han. His patron, Madame Lilavati, would paint his face to accentuate his eyes as she believed they would be unique enough to draw a crowd. He ended up liking the look and has kept up the routine ever since :>
Kel and Ourania would get along, but there's definitely some... grating that would come out. She was an investigator and, essentially, tracked those who abused their incredible power. So while Kel is willing to give second chances, she would treat things with much more finality.

They are in mid conversation with Kelas'ra giving her a guarded smile as he tries to lie and reassure her he is in good health. The grey in his hair and the bruising at his shoulder are both clearly visible.
Kelas'ra and his mother have stopped walking, Kelas holding his arm with a sceptical, Not Amused™ expression. She appears to be glancing towards the mark along his shoulder.
Kelas'ra has a defeated expression as he tries to save face when caught in his white lie, ears drooping as he glances away from his mother's gaze. Her expression is hidden but one could hazard a guess what a sarcastic mom catching her youngest trying to hide something looks like
Kelas'ra and his mother have resumed walking, facing away as they continue their conversation. He seems more relaxed and is smiling as his mother presses a hand to the small of his back as they walk. The edge of his mark is still visible from the collar of his top.

Kel was originally born as "Kelot'a Kirnhaa" to his birth parents, themed after the miqo'te that helped them make it Ul'dah from the forest in the first place. After their death he changed his first name to Keloth first but only changed to Molkoh after being adopted for a good while.

Kel's strong but only thanks to a decade of work and training with the Flames then the Scions. I often equate him to Gohan: he has incredibly high potential but he values his family and restaurant more than strength. However strong he needs to be to protect his family, that's all he needs.

G'otaa isn't actually as bad as I make him out to be 😅 He was actually quite loving but from child Kel's perspective he always felt 2nd place to his Allagan Eye from how much G'otaa praised their family history, even if that wasn't the intent. Maybe one day they can reconcile...one day...
