Weekly goals ✅ Back to normal temperatures here this week, I’m all for it. easy run around the neighborhood followed by some weight training. Now errands and hopefully spend the afternoon/evening listening to music and reading.

Good workout this morning, will feel it tomorrow. Warm up + 5 rounds of kettlebell exercises: clean and press, goblet squat, two-handed swing, then mountain climbers. Nearly lost it on the 5th round, but happy to be done.
