The guillotine is behind Mia Luna Tearmoon, princess of Tearmoon Empire. She's a blonde girl, wearing a luxurious dress, with her diary on one of her hands while her forefinger, of the other hand, is pointing out to the front and her face has a "Let's go!" expression.
