Text as follows: Chapter 45 would start with Vergil and Carina cleaning up the mess in Dante’s office (think DMC1 opening with Trish) with Dante somewhat getting a third degree from Carina. Vergil notices that Dante has been weirdly quiet the whole time. Dante tries to play it off as “got my ass kicked by a strange woman.” “I’m not going to tell Lady. Or she’ll be offended.” Vergil can see through the bullshit.

Another outline for X-Men '97 fanfic. Text as follows: Leaving to go to the venue and when Julie meets up with friends she excuses herself to find a quiet spot to make her own mirror and pulls Olivier through it. (It wasn’t something they tried before because they weren’t sure if it would work with different mirrors but they both supposed that it didn’t matter since they had the mental connection and that Julie can produce her own mirrors.) After that, she introduces Olivier to her friends and they jokingly gush/tease him to his embarrassment. At this point, Olivier meets Pippa for the first time, having bumped into her at the drinks stand. They kind of strike up a friendship of sorts (allude to later events.) (Romy stuff?) Julie sees her crush at the dance, is confused b/c of what he told her, turns around to flee and falls on her face. Gets rescued by the girl gang and Olivier seems really irked when she explains. (Pippa says something about dishonesty?) A little while later, she gets checked on by the chaperones and Julie doesn’t even mention the incident, acts like it’s no big deal. Gets a pep talk (lol), looks slightly mortified. Julie feels a little bit energized and she runs into a tall handsome stranger named Yin. She’s absolutely floored because she doesn’t know anyone like him at her school (not even knowing who he really is.) After the dance, he kisses her hand and says that he’ll take her to the rest of the school dances if she consents. Julie blushes and says yes easily enough.

A really rough WIP of Olivier tugging on the golden threads. Posing seems kind of rough with one hand up trying to yank down with other hand pulling in a different direction. Background is already done, ombre dark reddish pink with yellow/orange paint splatters.

I forgot to share this sketch. I was going to scrub the pose but did some more tweaking but I think I need to do more work. (I was originally going to have Olivier in his armor but changed it to his casual civvies.
