Quarters of white onion charred a bit at the bottom of a big pot.
Whenever I make ramen, or any kind of stock for that matter, I always do this first to my onions π§
Char them a bit on all sides & you'll be amazed at the flavour that it'll bring to your ramen/stock ππ±π
