To answer this myself - Kiyo (eventually) runs an apothecary/free walk-in clinic out in the Shroud. She also offers clothing mending services for a small fee and, if she’s able to spare any time for it, she’ll do some bits of volunteer work here and there, mostly with folks in the Brume

Kiyo IS a healer, so she really doesn't have any fear of them. If anything, she has great respect for those in the same field whether she's working with them or she herself is a patient
