#Hungary should fully comply with EU Court ruling which found that 201 failure to renew #Klubradio license "infring[ed] on freedom of expression & information."

At time of erosion of rule of law across Europe, this is landmark decision.

🇭🇺#Hungary: In positive development, the Advocate General of European Court of Justice released an opinion finding Hungary infringed EU law over its discriminatory & illegal revocation of broadcast licence for #Klubradio. IPI hopes ECJ judges will now reach the same conclusion.
