Sophies death Had such a major impact on Rocky, I can’t imagine watching your mom slowly rot away as illness took her. On top of that his own father abandoned him. Rocky’s story is just plain tragic.

I hope we get to see Rocky’s mother in the comic or show. I think her death is one of the most tragic parts of the comic.
