I started a fermented mustard and chili project last week! I’m lacto-fermenting this before blending it and making a rough, spicy and sharp mustard! #fermentation #spicy #mustard #lactoferment
After 10 days not warm ambient temp #lactoferment I put the dalle chillis 👆🏽 in the fridge. Had one today at lunch* and it's terrific! Not too spicy but a super side spark

Sliced carrots, peppers, bits of yellow peach, a and a bit of yellow juice in a blender jar
Blended mass of yellow with bits of red chunkiness inside a blender jar
3 small bottles, 1 large and 1 small mason jar and 2 small plastic 2 oz condiments cups with orange blended hot sauce in them
