Some members of staff have taken on responsibilities for other aspects of the business that interest them eg Health and Safety, social media, the organisation of the Outdoor Hub; events, design and marketing. Those post school or university, taking a gap year, who are looking to do 6-8 months to fund travelling Those seeking to do a winter ski season or coming back from a season who want a role through the summer close to mountains.
