At a diner in AZ. Listening to the owner tell a regular that they should invest MDUs and not rent to dismisses or people with kids. He is also saying if you buy a house to rent don’t rent to anybody but professionals or cops. If you rent to cops reduce rent by $500 for taxes. Gross.
