This is a repeat of votor ID requirement imposed by #UK #Tories under #LiarJohnson. Nothing to do with fraud - all to do with disenfranchising those without passports, driving licenses, etc (youngsters). They specifically excluded IDs that students might have as they're least likely to be Tories.
