I am replicating Python academic work to figure out how what the authors have done could be used in an enterprise pipeline.

I got the first part of the code working by resolving dep issues, now I have to swap some posargs for kwargs b/c a version of #librosa changed.

To extract audio onsets from wav files, we needed the #librosa and #soundfile python libraries ... so go to Plugin/Packages Manager > Packages search for your required package(s) and install...
