Post surgery a year later at 130 lbs, wearing the same shirt for comparison.
Oh crap - I forgot today was my 3 year anniversary since my full gastric bypass.
One of the best things I did for my health and if I'd been given the choice to do it again, I would in a heartbeat. It's wild that I don't recognize the girl on the left anymore.
