Having kids is amazing.
But it killed my workout schedule.
So I switched to short home workouts:
W1-Chest-Back: Pushup & Pull-ups superset, Dips on chair & TRX rows
W2-Legs: Pistol squats, Split squats dumbbells
Keeps the muscles alive for now ๐ช๐ผ
