You can read the full article in Vol. 60, No. 3/4 of our journal and of course check out Butler's trilogy series "Lilith's Brood"
(First book in the trilogy is called "Dawn" as an fyi)

Good lord, #LilithsBrood is a wild ride that questions the ethics of saving humanity from its flaws by mating them out of existence. I can't recommend this series enough. All of the stars. 5/5

Last night, I finished the #OctaviaButler series #LilithsBrood. Book 1 introduces an alien race (Oankali) that kidnapped/saved humans from a war-ravaged Earth. Their goal: propagating their species by mating with humans. Humanity would be replaced w/ a new version of Oankali. 1/X

I've been reading the #LilithsBrood series, so I'm looking forward to reading more about her position in literature and scholarship.

February #storygraph summary. I'm a slow reader, so 3 books/646 pages is a win.
