The Hrothgar PC holds up a firearm that's offscreen, and the viewer briefly sees a flash of his face highlighted by the blast from the weapon.

The same shot, but the firearm has been dropped, and the scene is much darker. Embers fly past him as a single tear rolls down his cheek.
