I bought a Ground Effect #Dogsbody bag to make transporting my #Surly #LongHaulTrucker on buses or planes a lot easier. I wish they'd made the bag just so slightly larger in the front. I can fit my LHT with the front & rear racks, barely, but to do so I have to loosen one of my levers. #BikeSky

I have personally traveled and commuted about 15,000 kilometers on this bicycle in this configuration.
🧵 So I finally rebuilt my #Surly #LongHaulTrucker. Here's how it was up to the end of last week: 3x9 gears with a slightly broken left brifter that could only shift between the lowest and middle cog on the front sprocket.
