Florida and stupidity go hand-in-hand and this week there's plenty of proof, starting with the law enforcement officers. One officer had to do something he was never taught in police academy: Handcuff...or maybe it was "leg-cuff" a runaway emu. Law enforcement in Vietnam encountered a sight they've not ever seen before: A tourist wrapped head to toe in bananas acting as a feeder for wild monkeys. Another FL cop trying to take a suspect into custody first had to take away the lighter he was holding up to the 12-guage shotgun shell the suspect was holding--in his TEETH.
