WATCH: Peterborough Lido saved - but residents told to use it or lose it One of council’s budget proposals was to ‘mothball’ the Lido for this year – but it has now been confirmed it will open for the 2025 season

In December, the Grade II-listed Peterborough Lido was threatened with ‘mothballing’. Thanks to an overwhelming community response, and with our support, the lido was reprieved, and the council are now working to develop it for the future.

Tarlair Pool is one of the most beautiful sea pools in the world. Abandoned since 1995, it’s now in the care of a community-led charity, who have restored the 1931 #ArtDeco pavilion and plan to bring the whole site back into use.
