Tonight's dinner: Salad! Pink Lady Apples, Canned Beetroot, Cubed Feta, Mixed Leaves and Walnuts with a vinaigrette dressing. I always overestimate how hard salad is to make, the only bit i had to prep was. You know. Roughly cut the apples. #lowspoonmeals
