That was tough today. I'm regretting my decision to leave my run till now, and wishing I went earlier in the morning when it was cooler. Never was good at getting up early for runs though🤣

Easy 3-mile loop as part of my 10-mile training with @runna ready for my 10-mile run in August. Another nice day as well. Fingers crossed it lasts a while, even though it's meant to be windy AGAIN at the weekend.
