De maansverduistering tamelijk klein in beeld, bij gebrek aan een dure camera en een zoomlens. The lunar eclipse is quite small in view, due to the lack of an expensive camera and a zoom lens.

De maanlamp, die ik hier in mijn hand houd, komt daarentegen mooi groot en duidelijk in beeld. (Je kunt hem ook in andere kleuren laten schijnen. Dat kan met de echte maan dan weer niet.) The moon lamp, which I'm holding here, on the other hand, appears beautifully large and clear. (You can also make it shine in other colors. That's not possible with the real moon.)

Met mijn compactcameraatje was er niet veel te maken van de 'bloedmaan'. Gelukkig hebben we een alternatief in huis.
