Mark Hargeno wanted to act, but worked as a stuntman. He was hired by Emperor Penguin as part of a plan to trick Arachknight into killing. Hargeno fell into a vat of experimental polymorphic silica, becoming living shapeshifting silica, and is now the Siltman.

Silvio Dorrance was an elderly Prisiccia-family mob leader who Arachknight's parents got sent to jail, where an experiment turned him into a powerful cyborg. He knows who Arachknight is, and seeks to kill him in revenge on his parents, as the villain "Silverbane"

Bene-Jamin Valley was cloned (and enhanced) from ArachKnight's DNA by the Order of the Jackal. Trained to be the assassin Demonweb, he was first sent to kill Arachknight, but later briefly took over the role when the hero was injured. He later died. Five times.
