March 5th! The exercise for today, Rolling Back!
I started small and gathered momentum, I tried to stay in a tight little ball and decided to add a squat and stand up!
This is not a good exercise for osteoporosis, just adding that on here too.

The fourth exercise in the Pilates Mat order is The One Leg Circle!
Try it as a hip stabilizer and a leg rotation. Like a stir! And you can make it bigger and rotate the hip too.

Third Mat exercise in the Pilates Mat order. The Roll Over. I played with this on a foam roller, holding on to something stable to find a hip lift and on into the exercise!

The second exercise in the Classical Pilates Mat order is The Roll Up.
Try it seated with feet planted, add ankle weights on your feet, hand weights for sturdy arms, squeeze a ball in between your knees to help you curl up.
Make it doable!
