peni parker from marvel tōkon: fighting souls. she is a young woman in an oversized dark hoodie and a green-blue plaid skort (that has a long strap on it). she has a leg up, hand on hip, and is posing the other arm by her face to laugh like the noblewoman / ojou-sama trope throughout anime. behind her is the text お-ほほほ, which would just be "o-hohoho!" in english. peni is standing on her mech sp//dr. behind peni and her mech is a sketch of tron bonne, a recurring antagonist in the mega man legends series. she is confused, with 3 ? above her head seeing peni hit the noblewoman's laugh pose. this is because in the previous marvel fighting game series, marvel vs capcom, tron had this pose as her taunt 🎨
