Just completed my 4th half marathon (first one since 2019) … Super thrilled to have achieved a new Personal Best - 𝟭 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿, 𝟯𝟲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝟯𝟯 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀 !!!

Yesterdays run. Managed to get my 5k time to sub 30 minutes but it’s a long shot from my pb of 23:07.
