People drive fast enough to take out utility poles. The last time was a couple of weeks ago. This important stretch of road needs to be made safe for people who are not in cars. The planning stage of the Flash BRT median lane project is the time to do it.

#MDSHA is currently working on a safety and resurfacing project along a 2.76-mile section of MD 650 (New Hampshire Ave) from MD 198/Norbeck Road to MD 200 (Intercounty Connector).
