...okay it's a 5° climb for 0.3 miles but why is the lowest-traffic way out of downtown Kirkland which takes you east _over_ 405 _not_ on the Eastside 2 Line Connector map?

It's even painted as sharrowed

BTW, I dropped in a little slipstream update for the MEGAMAP just now - same version numbering on the map itself but I hadn't quite closed the gap on the Elliot Bay / Waterfront in the south. So now I have.

Excessive vasopressors or excessive hypotension: Searching for the goldilocks zone in mean arterial pressure targets

More to support the need for the #MegaMAP trial.

Perhaps the key aim in patients on vasopressors should be to always use the smallest dose that achieves the minimum MAP acceptable.
