The second and final teaser of my upcoming Nereida illustration; in this close-up shot is another lil glimpse at Nereida and their full-body character design, below a set of letters smudged with whiteout. However, what's only shown is the upper-half of Nereida's tail (which mind you, the tail itself is orange — I only added the glitter ink for stylistic reasons hehe), as well as her arms, orange webbed wings, and purple scaley top with the blue gem in the middle.

A little taste of an upcoming teaser illustration for my all-new OC (original character), a mermaid superhero. In this small closeup tease, there's a glimpse of the mermaid zooming/flying right above the above the ocean surface at a cosmic rate; with much water still around her presence as though they've just shot right out of sea. And while not seeing much of the merm's upper half, the lower half is still present in the image, showing that her color palette reads more red and orange (i.e. red tail and fanned out orange tailfin), plus a small bag hanging onto her hip— she also appears to be holding a weapon of some sort, as it's also shown having a small golden conch shell on the end of the handle. More details about this mermaid supe will come very soon. :)
