He is a seasoned culinary innovator, entrepreneur, and hospitality leader with more than 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. A Johnson & Wales graduate with honors, he trained in acclaimed kitchens across Jerusalem, France, London, Paris, and New York before building an impressive career in South Florida and beyond.
He has served as Executive Chef for notable brands and organizations including Tantra Restaurant and Lounge, Ferrell Law, the Miami Heat during their championship seasons, Royal Caribbean International, and Whiteface Lodge. As Chef/Owner of several hospitality ventures and consulting companies, Chef Jacobs is known for blending creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to deliver memorable culinary experiences.
