Honestly I interviewed at a NYC area program for residency and this is why I ranked it far lower on my list. Everyone was from NYC (or Jersey at the least) and I felt actively uncomfortable being judged as a #Midwesterner.

#Milwaukee was not my first rank but was definitely where I fit in best.

haha they are comfortable, that's for sure. I usually wear my shoes to the ground before buying new ones so I always need to make sure I can wear it 13 hours/day. But yeah, little things that make me a #Midwesterner for life lol

yeah #Chicago is definitely my favorite large city by far (sorry New Yorkers, but you couldn't pay me enough to live in NYC, LA, or any city in Texas for that matter), but bit TOO big in some ways. DC is ok but people too uptight even in Democratic admin lol - I'm a #Midwesterner through and through
