Did Naruto really change anything, is he a good Hokage? Well he brought temporary peace and did everything he said he would. He protects the village, his family etc. He even did what no one did for him when he was younger 🤧. So imo he's great.

Sakura, a character most of us loathed. She improved a bit in Shippuden but not too much. Yet in Boruto she's finally very likeable. Although if I was her I wouldn't have married Sasuke for obvious reasons. But shoot she got the man she wanted 🤷.

If you think Sasuke got off scott free you'd be wrong. He did get locked up for abit, and all that pain/loss he received in Boruto was/is his extra punishment. Also it's crazy to me that the time travel arc foreshadowed Sasuke losing his eye 🤯.
