So ... there's a 24/7 light display of Trump's shillouette projected on the ladybug building in downtown Milwaukee. Those responsible are quite proud of it. Meanwhile, I'm looking up the "chronic nuisance" list in the Milwaukee Ordinances, section 8-10-2, to see if I can report it.
