Mimin's eyes appear black, but they do still have the iris, in addition to slit pupils atypical to canon. It's visible when the light hits right (my favorite thing is when the fireplace in bg3 makes Mimin's eyes look like two solar eclipse 💖)

Text by Gale says "Close your tent flap!" as he pointedly shoves his head back in his book. Mimin has woken up with "???" by her head. Lae'zel is in the corner, having also woken up, angry.
