Tomo appreciates his new ability to become a powerful Werecroc, similar to lycanthropy but affiliate and blessed to become a large crocodile. A perfect way for him to venture in any body of water, fresh or salt water, day or night. But what Tomo discovered is that he can be a Werecroc in any shape he desires. Tomo has always been curious about what he would look like as a combination of a croc and a merfolk.
His 2022 version as a sea lion. I went with this at the time to match his fur design. (And my files are mysteriously gone, so he had to be revised anyways).
I have done Tomo as a merfolk 3 years ago until I realized that I done goofed. So I redesigned him to be an appropriate Mercroc.

A one of the kind and the last surviving Racboar species. Tomo is known as The Guardian of Topsy-turvy Isle. He is the survivor of a horrible plane crash that took his parents but ended in the care of Doc Django, the original guardian of Topsy-turvy Isle; thus a mentor of teaching young Tomo Moju, a powerful and forbidden magic that is said to keep the balance of life and death. For at least 15 years, the Moju witch doctor has been protecting his island home from any dangers that lurk. He had a small family until Outsiders invaded and kidnapped his two children and killed his wife. Even still grieving from his loss. Tomo still continues to protect his island from the evil Moju bokor Lord, Shadowbane and his Makumaur Brotherhood, General Growl and searching for his lost children.
Being a Racboar has its perks, but it is a plague to Tomo. But whenever he is critically injured from a bad fight or even on the brink of death, the Fur-cyon comes out and is ready to beat up his enemies to a pulp (with full health). Fur-cyon Tomo is a hulking brute with full power and a really nasty temperament. Bullets cannot take him down but it makes him even angrier, in which his scars will glow without warning. Being a brutal fighter in the fray, Fur-Cyon Tomo uses a few of his Moju abilities such as Soulferno to make his battles quick and painless.
Tomo is the Guardian of Topsy-turvy Isle and the last Racboar. The raccoon tribe are born with the special ability to transform into their beastial side. Their final form is why many outsiders call the Racboars “The Beasts of the Bermuda Triangle”. The Racboar’s role is to protect Topsy-Turvy Isle while keeping outsiders away from the triangle. While a case in point for Tomo’s role as the island protector, however, the Moju Witch Doctor rarely becomes the beast as he couldn't control it due to the spirit of a vengeful Racboar God, Raku'rai, is within him. But anything happens to Tomo, the beast comes out and he brings down his Wrath. But Tomo goes Racboar if any big threat happens; but only for 30 mins.
