i give myself a... 6/10 success in doing what i'd planned today for #moondaymonday. did pretty good, up until the last hour or so.

will work on being kind to myself and holding my own space to heal, and not seeking external comforts to hold the space for me.

- inner turmoil is only solved through self acceptance
- I need rest of ALL kinds - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, sensory, demand, etc.
- emotions don't harm me
