PANEL 2: ...buzzsaw bound to a high wall in a Y-position, being forced to withstand dreadstorm torture, while wish can only watch helplessly on the ground. electricity is being drained from his body through devices hooked up to his cheeks, which are keeping him permanently "smiling". during random intervals, a mix of poison (purple) and adrenaline (green) is injected into his body to motivate him to keep producing electricity
