A picture of our brown corner cabinet that is now stocked with some of my curios and oddity collection. Specifically the top of the cabinet has fake leaves and fake periwinkle colored wisteria flowers. The top cabinet space has a collection of different skulls. The one below that has an assortment of some of my other favorites and other assorted oddities including a jellyfish in a glass orb, a diaphonized pinkie mouse, a vertebrae painted like a box fish, a horseshoe crab, and a wet specifier mouse. The cabinet space below that includes two glass jars filled with various bones on either side of a little cauldron that is filled with an old hornets/wasp nest and old dried aquatic plants from my fishtank. There is a little empty cabinet door below those. And finally a section with a horse skull sitting on top of a rabbit pelt. The cabinet space under that is left empty since it is right next to the floor. The cabinet is surrounded by some empty boxes.
Between refurbishing our house, making a mess in doing so, & wedding planning,I haven’t had a good spot to make art in.
Cabinets are getting up. Things are getting put back in place. So I will have more art soon!
