Having reviewed yesterday's #Article102 documents, some quick thoughts: 1- the prospect of Guidelines which will provide more certainty and foster more consistent enforcement is very welcome; 2- the Commission is clearly trying to move away from the #moreeconomicapproach 1/12

Also don't want to sound cynical but is this also why the @EU_Competition Discussion Paper (2005) -another document adopting an #moreeconomicapproach - has been taken off the EU website for some time and cannot be found anywhere anymore? If so, quite unfortunate for transparency.
