Great event in wilmslow today for half marathon. So well organised with amazing volunteers. Not the time I wanted but still so appreciative I can take on these challenges & enjoy them. A bit more patience & careful injury management is needed on my part.

An amazing route from Meerbrook over the Roaches rocks to Shutlingsloe & back. Muddy, usually wet & lots of fun Just £12, pay on the day 🏃♂️

My 3rd season joining the North Staffs Cross Country league for #MowCopRunners. I always finish each race in the last 10 but the festival atmosphere & the chance to line up with some amazing athletes is worth it. Plus it was a sunny autumn day last Saturday in Betley 😃 #nsccl ##edurunners
