Chicken, garlic mozzarella sausage with pumpkin gnocchi in a creamy parm garlic sauce!

I fried my sausage in a mix of ghee and garlic olive oil chopped it up and added everything back made my sauce and let it simmer while it thickens and the gnocchi cooks.
