1/2 cup Split Mung Beans (boiled for 6 minutes)
1/2 cup of unsweetened plant milk
1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (for color)
Salt to taste
Whisk and combine
Sprinkle with Pinch of black salt once cooked
