My new favorite pickle, sweet #musaengchae, is already running low (it's delicious in #kimbap), so I made a new batch tonight, supervised by Fritzi. The recipe is from K. Solomon's book, "Asian Pickles". I'll try the spicy version when Korean radish (mu) is in stock.
