High level of resignations throughout the NMC, including those on secondment leaving earlier than planned. Toxicity appears not to be improving so can they regulate effectively, proportionately&fairly? #NMCnotfit

Elongated process can cause those previously deemed safe to work with min restrictions, to being unfit to practice by lack of employment.
