Been admitted to hospital again last Sunday, continued weight loss and severe anaemia is wrecking havoc on my physical and mental health
Not how I imagined I would spend Easter
But here we are
Thought by day 600, it would be easier to cope with PTSD Depressive disorder
It's not, you have to keep on getting up, keep your boundaries
And say "Let them"!
This is important, give yourself permission to let them walk away
