Canonically, Croa found herself hideous for a very, VERY long time. All of her physical changes due to the experiments made her think for very long that she was a horrible looking creature. She now takes very good care of herself and consider herself quite good looking!

Croa would only help a stranger if she thinks it will benefit her. It isn't out of wanting to be unkind, but her trust is hardly won and sometimes the difference between being alive and dead is avoiding getting in situations. She does however sometimes have soft spots!

Croa's whole body changed due to the experiments she went through. She, for a long time, couldn't look long into a mirror because seeing all of the details of her changed body - the new horns, the new scales, the different eyes - made her feel like a monster (1)
